Vail President's Day Celebration

In honor of our presidents, I took to the slopes of Vail, to shred up the mountain only the way I thought our presidents would. With 7" of fresh powder, Willy and I arrived early and got several pillowy fresh runs in that brought me to ecstasy and loved every minute of it. The sun shined and conditions were perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better day. Just another reason why I love it in Colorado. If you wanna come visit and relive some of these beautiful moments, drop me a line or give me call.

A Website Worth Writing About

So I finally finished my online portfolio like I said I would. I hope you find it as enjoyable as I do. For right now you'll be able to find it at http://cloud9design.co/lanecaudill. It will be there for a while until I get it up under my official domain name http://lanecaudill.com. If you get a chance let me know what you think. I feel pretty good about it. Until next time. Lane, out.

Cloud9Design

This is my next endeavor, Cloud9Design. I finally settled on a name for my very own website design company and found a domain that could make it work. Enter "cloud9design.co." You'll notice that the ".com" is missing the "m." Yes this is on purpose. That's actually the full name. You may begin to notice over time more companies switching to this shortened domain name, so I figured why not jump on it early. I plan to bring aboard qualified individuals that would like to become part of the Cloud9Design team. It's is important to me that our work lives up to the name. Cloud9Design's mission is to take web design and graphic arts to a higher level, that will stand out above the competition. Get your head in the clouds today and see what Cloud9Design can do for you.

My Official Site

Lanecaudill.com is now officially online for your viewing pleasure. The site officially launched today around 3pm on a snowy day in Denver, Colorado. I figured if I'm going to be a serious web designer, I'd better have a website. Well now I do and I'm excited to start building the official lanecaudill.com website. You'll notice there's not much there as of right now but that will soon change. Just wanted to get that out there. That is all for now. You can help me out by adding links to my site from any sites you might have such as Facebook or Myspace. Hope you enjoy the site and let me know if you have any suggestions on how I might improve the site.

Snow Days

Sorel  "Caribou" ™
Well Denver has finally reached arctic temperatures. -10°F  is definitely not what I was expecting to have to deal with in Denver.  Not a total loss though. With it too cold to go outside, I decided to take the time to complete my admissions paperwork to the University of Colorado in Boulder. Hopefully everything  goes as planned and they see me as a great addition to their campus. In the meantime taking the dogs out to take care of necessary business has been a real pleasure. Mona finally gets the chance to sport the new gear we picked out for her and can get some use out of my long underwear and boots. By the way if you're in the market for some new snow boots, I highly recommend Sorel's. It's been snowing since I woke up today and it doesn't seem to be letting up. On the bright side, the snow has increased the temperature to 30°F. Oh Joy!
